Preset's Managed Private Cloud (MPC) is now available on Microsoft Azure, making Preset the only independent BI platform with managed private cloud deployments across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
When we launched MPC on GCP last year, we mentioned Azure was next. Today we're delivering on that commitment.
Why Azure Matters
Azure is the dominant cloud for organizations in healthcare, financial services, and government — industries where data residency and VPC-level isolation are prerequisites, not nice-to-haves. Until now, teams running on Azure had to choose between self-managing Apache Superset™ or moving their BI workloads to a different cloud provider. That tradeoff is gone.
With MPC on Azure, Preset deploys directly into your Azure environment. Your data stays in your virtual network. Preset handles the operations.

With Azure MPC, Preset now offers five deployment options:
- Preset Cloud (multi-tenant SaaS on AWS)
- Managed Private Cloud on AWS
- Managed Private Cloud on GCP
- Managed Private Cloud on Azure
- On-Prem (customer-operated)
No other independent BI vendor covers this range. Power BI has no managed private cloud for third-party BI. Tableau Cloud runs on AWS only. Looker is locked to GCP. Metabase, Sigma, Hex, and ThoughtSpot offer SaaS without private cloud options. Preset meets you where your infrastructure already lives.
