1. Sponsor. The dbt Summit 2026 Second Chance Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Preset, Inc., 548 Market St, PMB 51897, San Francisco, CA 94104-5401 ("Sponsor").
2. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on September 21, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.
3. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their immediate family and household members, and anyone professionally involved in the administration of the Promotion are not eligible. The Promotion is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter. There are two ways to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion during the Promotion Period:
(a) Meeting entry: book and attend a meeting with the Preset team using the scheduling link provided in the Promotion email.
(b) Free alternative entry: complete the free online entry form. No meeting, purchase, or payment of any kind is necessary to enter using this method, and entries received through it are treated identically to meeting entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion, regardless of entry method.
5. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) Nintendo Switch 2 console (approximate retail value $450). The prize is not transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry and/or phone number (if provided) and must respond within seven (7) days of first notification. If the selected winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or the use of the prize. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Nintendo or dbt Labs.
9. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at preset.io/privacy-policy.
10. Winner's Name. To request the name of the winner, send an email with the subject line "Second Chance Giveaway Winner" to anna@preset.io within sixty (60) days of the drawing date.
11. Governing Law. The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
